All sales are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing or accepting delivery of products, the buyer agrees to these terms in full.

All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice unless confirmed in writing. Payment terms must be satisfied prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection costs permitted by law.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, port delays, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery or pickup.

The buyer must inspect all products upon delivery. Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

Returns require prior written authorization and must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Freight and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Installed products cannot be returned.

The buyer and installer are solely responsible for proper installation, structural suitability, and compliance with local building codes.

We do not supervise installation and are not responsible for installation errors, project design, or contractor workmanship.

Due to manufacturing processes, variations in color, texture, grain, and finish may occur and are considered normal characteristics of composite materials.

Samples, photos, or displays are for reference only and may not represent the exact delivered product.

Products may be covered by a limited manufacturer or distributor warranty, if applicable. Warranty terms are provided separately and are subject to their specific conditions and limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We are not liable for labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, project delays, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages.

 We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, transportation delays, or government actions.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising from the sale of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by law.
